Two human beings holding two burning torches which come together as one.
The fire of those torches is burning inside a medical instrument which has on top a small moon with a face.
Above the moon you see the sun glowing. 
This is nothing more than the power the mind human mind has…something the people of the old world already knew.
The short version; it’s about how we can break universal borders by using our minds.
With other words… be connected with others by breaking natural laws…time-travel.
