Mugger files complaint against shooting mechanic
Brussels- in late January a robbery committed on mechanic Steven Houman in Hombeek and he is risking five years in prison.
But the accused now complaint against the shooting mechanic for attempted manslaughter, the Gazet writes.
The Bruxellois had agreed, with Steven Houman (photo), after hours in the garage in the Boterstraat in Hombeek to buy an Audi RS6.
When the buyer came to the garage wearing a masked, he pushed a gun against the face of Houman.
Who had to hand over the keys to the car.
But Houman had a babygun in his pocket because he thought it was not quite save.
During a skirmish the garage owner shot at the robber which fled.
To be sure that he would not return the garage owner fired his gun a few times in the air.
A neighbor wrote down the license plate of the getaway car, so the robber and his companion were quickly caught.
The robber didn’t got hurt but he decided a few weeks ago to file a complaint against the garage owner and accused him of “attempted murder”.
That complaint is still under investigation.
The perpetrator, Nacer HMH, claiming that he had the intention to steal the Audi, but that he has no violence is used.
He faces five years in prison, his companion Iliass A. (20) 18 months, with some delay.
The judge will rule a verdict on Sept. 7
