Are the Akashic Records a cosmic warehouse of endless file cabinets in infinite hallways? Do these records exist in time and space like a galactic internet? How do we access the Akashic Records?
Without any contradiction, we have embraced the modern concept of communication. But asking the question of how it is we know whatever it is we know seems to provide unusual answers. How is it that a supercomputer we call ‘our brain’, could extend outside the realm of classical reality, gaining pre-cognitive information and altering it mathematically in an understandable concept for us to form a 3D image containing density?
Many of us just accept this most complex form of exchanging information as an uncomplicated ‘short distance’ language through vision. But this information, hitting the neurons in the brain, could have come from an area what is exchanging information on a subatomic scale … for us to connect and communicate with the yet to be illuminated corners of our cosmic freezer.
I am your host Maria Anna van Driel… and you are listening to “The Next Truth; Where Science and Myth Meet” and this week I am speaking with, Shaman and author of the workbook, “Finding the Alchemist within – Turning yourself to Gold!: A Journey through the Labyrinth of Self-Healing” about what the Akashic records are, how and why we are perceiving ‘information’ from these quantum states and… can these records create a doorway to a reality that lies dormant?

Are we, in some unexplainable manner, 100% aware of this final journey we take in the moment death is medically declared? Or is it just the mind playing tricks with you?
Traditionally, death has been determined by the medical profession using basic methods. These methods took the form of using either a heart or lung functioning criteria for death. To declare ones death, physicians would ‘feel for the pulse, listen for breathing, hold a mirror before the nose to test for condensation, and looked to see if the pupils were fixed.
But, as medical technology developed, a gap began to form between traditional cardiopulmonary standards and our conceptions of death. The spirit world became both an accepted fact for many and a topic for myriad scientific researchers.
I am your host Maria Anna van Driel… and you’re listening to “The Next Truth; Where Science and Myth Meet” and this week I am speaking with the author of “The Wonder of Your” Lynn Kathleen Russell about if Near death and Out of Body Experiences are our connection with this vast space we have become familiar with as, the universe.[Top]
With Retired British Murder Squad Detective Trevor Marriott
In the autumn of 1888 a series of brutal murders in the East End of London lit a flame that sent shockwaves reverberating around the civilized world and caused a scandal that struck right at the heart of the British establishment.
During the 1880s, the city of London was in parts a dirty, rotten, festering maze of slums replete with wandering gin addicts and foul-mouthed harlots and was experiencing a population explosion, with immigrants from around the world coming to the great city to find work.
But it wasn’t exactly the land of hope and glory for everybody, and some of the streets in the poorer East end of the city were a long way from being a yellow brick road.
This is where our man Jack the Ripper chose to ply his trade.
I am your host Maria Anna van Driel… and you’re listening to “The Next Truth; Where Science and Myth Meet” and this week I am speaking with retired British murder squad detective Trevor Marriott about what drove this serial killer nabbing mostly working girls from the streets and brutally killing them in 1888 and… did he figured out this mystery of who Jack the Ripper was?[Top]
Hauntings, EVP’s and Mystical Visions; how does our brain translate this and what is the ‘the-new-house’ effect?
Even though a national daily newspaper reported in July 2015 that 82% of Britons believe in the supernatural, 68% say they have experienced a supernatural event and 56% have had some sort of contact from a bereaved loved one… many are still holding a skeptical view on the scientific research conducted in order to search for a plausible explanation of what these paranormal events really are.
I am your host Maria Anna van Driel… and you’re listening to “The Next Truth; Where Science and Myth Meet”. This week I am welcoming back two dedicated and trained by the Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena, UK-en paranormal investigators, Nick Howe and Andy Wilson whose view is that a more rational approach has to be taken, one which respects the client’s opinions and privacy.
Together with their team PRI-UK, Nick and Andy are gathering evidence and trying to make sense of what still lies beyond the borders of the unexplained and share the opinion that, despite the wide spread belief, some scientific fields lacks a broad minded approach to the paranormal and generally rejects the idea that these unexplained events could occur.
I believe these events are not just your mind playing tricks on you. In fact, there might actually be a scientific explanation for things like ghosts, demonic hauntings, and even shadow people.[Top]
