In an article last titled, Top DARPA Projects That Should Creep You Out, I posted the following links and articles. As this article explains, there were thousands of sites on DARPA and HAARP, but they have all since been removed. Read these articles bellow if you have not already. YEs, they sound like science fiction, but if they were, why take down every site? Do take my world for it… research their origins, who was there in the beginning, where tuning has ben known to come from and where funding in the future is coming from. Scary stuff.

Not familiar with DARPA? You should be. Know that Barrack Obama has access to this craziness. NOT GOOD! This may be a post that 99.999% of America is not ready for. They’ll easily dismiss it as science fiction, impossible, or maybe just nonsense. For those of us who’ve been traveling this road for some time, and have gone deeper into the rabbit hole than most Americans dare dream, none of this is new. This is all OLD NEWS.

As for mind control discussed in some of the clips or articles, that is a subjectFAR from new to the American Government. As far back as the 1950′s the U.S. Government was delving deep into the world of mind control. Just one ofTHOUSANDS of programs the U.S. developed was MK Ultra. Wikipedia covers it by saying: 

Project MKUltra is the code name of an illegal U.S. government human research operation experimenting in thebehavioral engineering of humans through the CIA’s Scientific Intelligence Division. The program began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967 and officially halted in 1973. The program engaged in many illegal activities; in particular it used unwitting U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy. MKUltra used numerous methodologies to manipulate people’s mental states and alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, as well as various forms of torture.
