The doctor will see you now – by VIDEO LINK: London hospital trust uses technology to improve care at night and weekends

  • Guys and St Thomas’ are trialling technology that could improve standard of care at night and weekends, when wards are staffed by junior doctors
  • The ‘eICU system’ has been likened to air traffic control as consultants are able to monitor and control treatment from a centralised location
  • Already widely used in the U.S. and has been reported to have reduced death rates by 27% and length of hospital stays by 23%
  • Could eventually allow consultants to log on at home and check the condition of patients as they come around after surgery

A London hospital trust has announced that its doctors will consult patients via video link to tackle staff and skills shortages in the NHS.

Guys and St Thomas’ are trialling technology that could improve the standard of care during the night and at weekends.

The ‘eICU’ system employs high-definition cameras to allow consultant to diagnose and treat patients from a centralised location remotely.

Experts have likened the new technology to air traffic control, where the movement of planes are monitored and controlled from one location. The system, known as Philips ‘telemedicine’  technology, is already widely used in the U.S. and is reported to have reduced death rates by 27 per cent and the length of hospital stays by 23 per cent.

Experts have compared the new system to air traffic control, where the movement of planes are monitored and controlled from one location.

‘It’s like an airport having a control tower, supporting what is going on throughout the system , so that the overall quality goes up and senior people are available when needed,’ Dr Richard Beale, director of perioperative, critical care and pain services, told the Evening Standard.

Details of the trial, funded by a £2.85 million grant from Guy’s and St Thomas’ charity, were being made public today in a presentation at the King’s Fund think tank in central London.

It is called `The power is within`….ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO HANDLE IT?

Capturentg mz

It is called `The power is within`.
It’s about the power we ALL have …it’s the power that lies behind the system we live on a daily base.
The same system that is controlling us…they (our oppressors) know how to use it and that’s why we are going into those riots …that’s why we are still in that hypnotic state ’cause if we would know how to use this kind of knowledge we would overthrow them with one single thought!
They are afraid of the fact that we still have it…we are being chemically dumb-downed to prevent the moment that we start to understand this.

The truth behind this all is a long historical story about natural chemicals and ancient technology…something that is written in the holy books all over the world.
If we should understand this knowledge, we are able to build our own utopia but we have to start to respect each other by knowing that we are different.
I know that many people want direct results when wrong doing is happening but as soon as people would understand the true power the have (which is more powerful than a bullet), the modern slavery of today will vanish and victory will be ours!

Start educate yourself, your children , family and friends about the true facts in history.
Wake up and the world but watch out…it is a dangerous knowledge!

ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO HANDLE IT?

Do you have the guts to wake up?

Once upon a time…there was a man…a prophet who tried to teach us an ancient knowledge that would give us the power to life our lives in peace and in balance with nature.
He was killed for it because greed and fear watched over our brains and common sense.
Now thousands of years later you go to church and pray to this man for help but still you are not listing to the true meaning of `the word`.
You scream, fight and kill for a live that is an illusion!
Do you really want to honor this man?…than start educate yourself, your children , family and friends.
Wake up and the world but watch out…it is a dangerous knowledge!

What do you get when you mix silicone, bovine cells and silver in a 3D printer? A bionic ear that can pick up radio signals and turn them into sound

Scientists at Princeton University, pictured right, have devised a way to produce an ear-shaped chunk of silicone mixed with bovine cells and infused with tiny particles of silver that form a coiled antenna. Like any antenna, this one can pick up radio signals that the ear will interpret as sound. The 3-D ear, pictured left, is not designed to replace a human one, though the research is meant to explore a new method of combining electronics with biological material.

Frankenstein-style HEAD transplants could soon be a reality, claims leading surgeon

Up until now it has been the work of science fiction and horror films such as Frankenstein, pictured, but scientists could soon be carrying out complete human head transplants. An Italian neurosurgeon believes doctors now have the technology to transplant a human head onto another person’s body. The procedure has previously been performed on monkeys but recent technological breakthroughs that make it possible to reconnect spinal cords could see the operation carried out on humans.

Big foot or an creation of another plum island project?

Is this Bigfoot? Hairy 6ft beast shot in the 1960s and kept in a Minnesota freezer to go on display

  • Museum of the Weird in Austin will display the mysterious creature beginning July 3
  • The ‘Minnesota Iceman’ was first displayed in late 60s
  • Original exhibitor of the ‘Bigfoot-like’ beast said he shot it in Minnesota
  • Smithsonian Institution investigators said the creature was ‘latex rubber and hair’—but they could have examined a replica

Decades after mysteriously disappearing, ‘The Iceman Cometh’ again.

The infamous ‘Minnesota Iceman’ will be exhibited at Museum of the Weird in Austin, Texas, starting next week after touring at fairgrounds and malls across the country in the late 60s and early 70s.

The museum’s owner, Steve Busti, said Wednesday that the frozen, ‘Neanderthal or Bigfoot-like monster’ will be on display beginning July 3.

The iceman, 6-feet-tall, was billed as ‘The Siberskoye Creature’ or ‘The Creature of Ice’ beginning in 1968. The hairy creature was displayed in a solid block of ice inside a refrigerated coffin.

A man named Frank Hansen exhibited the iceman and claimed to have been behind its discovery, according to the book ‘Bigfoot Exposed: An Anthropologist Examines America’s Enduring Legend’.

Two cryptozoologists, Ivan Sanderson and Bernard Heuvelmans, examined the body during their search for evidence of Bigfoot the same year the iceman became a carnival exhibit. The pair believed the creature to be a real, unknown species, with Sanderson even remarking he could smell a decomposing corpse through cracks in the icy tomb.

The pair believed the creature to be an evolutionary missing link–Heuvelmans even dubbed him ‘Homo pongoides’.

After the two cryptozoologists examined the creature, Sanderson convinced someone at the Smithsonian Institution to launch an official investigation. Unfortunately, Hansen reportedly switched the ‘real’ body with a latex dummy before an investigation took place.

At first, Hansen suggested he found the iceman in Siberia, but he confessed he shot the creature in Minnesota woods before putting it on ice. As a result of these new claims, the FBI almost became involved, thinking Hansen had been exhibiting a murder victim.

Compare the two video clips….don't you think it is a bit strange that the meteorite in Turkey doesn't make the same sound as the one in Russia?

http://youtu.be/lU5JItJCLA8  Meteor Falls Into The Sea In Turkey! Caught On Video!

http://youtu.be/imhif73FAg0 Russia Hit By Meteor

Now, compare the two video clips….don’t you think it is a bit strange that the meteorite in Turkey doesn’t make the same sound as the one in Russia?

Don’t you think is is a bit strange that there isn’t the same damage in Turkey as in Russia….both meteorites fell into the water.

And here we go…are they going to let us believe that a UFO came down?

Do you really believe that it was meteorite or that it was a military test with direct energy?

Shockwave from the 10,000 tonne Russian meteor was so powerful it ‘travelled TWICE around the earth’

  • Experts say the meteor weighed 100,000 tonnes and was 55 feet wide
  • The rock created a 50-foot hole in a frozen lake near Chelyabinsk
  • Scientists say they have located 53 tiny fragments of the meteor
  • Stones have magnetic field and emit unusually high traces of radiation

The shockwave from a meteor that exploded over Russia’s Ural Mountains was so powerful that it travelled twice around the earth, scientists have said.

The 10,000 tonne rock, measuring around 55 feet in diameter, created a huge hole in a frozen lake when it crashed into the ground in February and is said to have injured almost 1,500 people.

The tremors from the explosion above Chelyabinsk city were recorded at around 20 monitoring stations across the world, it has today been revealed.

Ice hole: Experts said the meteor that left a 50-foot hole in a frozen lake on the outskirts of Chelyabinsk, in the Urals, weighed around 100,000 tonnes and measured 55 feet in diameter

The 10,000 tonne rock, measuring around 55 feet in diameter, created a huge hole in a frozen lake when it crashed into the ground and is said to have injured almost 1,500 people

The stations are part of the International Monitoring System network operated by the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organisation.

They are designed to detect nuclear weapon tests, and look for ultra-low frequency waves known as infrasound, the Independent reports.

The findings were published in the journal Geophysical Research Letters,.

It said it was the first time the stations had ever noted ‘multiple arrivals involving waves that travelled twice round the globe’ and teams said it was the ‘most powerful ever recorded’.

Since it crashed to earth in February, scientists have found more than 50 tiny fragments of the meteor, allowing them to uncover information about its contents.

Local residents have been more interested in the black market value of the fragments since the dramatic incident, as a ‘gold mine’ has been kickstarted for the valuable pieces.

As they search for their own pieces of the meteor, rocks have already been put on the internet for sale, and police are warning all purchasers to prepare for possible fraud.

The meteor injured nearly 1,500 people and caused widespread property damage in Chelyabinsk city.

The debris narrowly missed a direct and devastating hit on the industrial city which has a population of 1.13 million but spread panic through its streets as the sky above lit up with a blinding flash.
